Is shopping on your site safe?
We are dedicated to the privacy of our internet users. Your information will never be sold or shared in any way. We encourage you to purchase our products with whatever method you are most comfortable using. We offer order processing through PAYPAL's business service to enable you to shop with us without ever providing credit card information to us. If you aren't familiar with PAYPAL, go to www.paypal.com for more information. Additional alternatives include the "Pay by Mail" method using our downloadable order form and paying with personal checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If you pay using these, your order may be delayed in shipping until they clear the bank.
How Do I Shop Using Paypal?
Go to our PayPal Ording Page and select your item(s) by clicking on the "add to cart" button next to that item. The item will be added to your electronic shopping cart and you will be shown a summary of what is currently in your cart. From there, you can continue shopping, check out, remove items or empty your cart. Remember to "update" cart with each change.
How can I see what is in my PayPal shopping cart?
The shopping cart summary will appear each time you click on an "add to cart" button and retire to background when you click on the "continue shopping" button.
If I place something in my PayPal shopping cart, am I obligated to buy it?
No, the shopping cart is for your convenience only. No purchase is made until you check out and submit your payment information. You are welcome to empty your cart at any time while shopping. Even if you leave the site without finalizing your purchase or emptying your cart, your cart will likely still contain the items you placed in it when you come back.
I'm ready to buy, now what?
View your PayPal shopping cart by clicking the "view shopping cart" link on our PayPal page. A summary of the items in your cart will be displayed (without the applicable shipping charges or sales tax). This page is encrypted with SSL technology for your security. If you are satisfied with the order, fill out the form with your payment information and click on the purchase button. Your total will now show shipping and any applicable sales tax. If your order is correct and you are ready to finalize your purchase, click the "continue" button.
How much is shipping?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you are a Washington State resident, sales tax of 8.8% needs to be included (must be paid on total including shipping). If you are using PayPal this tax will be added automatically to your order.
Will my PayPal order be confirmed?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order if you provided us with a valid email address. If we have any questions concerning your order, an email will be sent to you as soon as possible.
What if you can't fill my order?
If we do not have your item in stock or anticipate a delay in filling your order, you will be notified by email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped directly to you within 3 to 5 business days. We ship via UPS.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You can contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment.
